National Eat Your Veggies Day is June 17

Did you know that June 17 is National Eat Your Veggies Day? We did and we can’t wait to celebrate!

At Mama Gaia, we know the importance and benefits of eating our veggies. Organic vegetables are low in fat, calories and have ZERO cholesterol. They’re also wonderful sources of vitamins and nutrients. Check out a few of our most veggie-filled menu items below and join us on June 15 to get your green on!

Asia Salad
This salad is vegan, gluten-free and full of yummy, delicious vegetables! Made with romaine lettuce, sesame-crusted tofu, Asian slaw, Mama Gaia’s special sauce, red bell peppers and cilantro, this dish is full of vitamins A, B1, B6, C and K to put some pep in your step!

Cena Bowl
With only four ingredients, this dish is easy to make, lovely to eat and even better for you! Our Cena Bowl is green as can be and is a simple way to incorporate more organic vegetables into your diet in the spirit of National Eat Your Veggies Day.

Veggie Burger
We make our own vegan patties in-house and top it with all the goodies! So filling and so good, this just might be your new favorite burger. We offer two veggie burger options--classic and smokehouse. The smokehouse includes smoked onions, cheese and garlic aioli--hello! These two were so popular that we now offer them as sliders at our Ballet Memphis location. 

Copia Petitzza
Who doesn’t love pizza?! Our petitzzas are crazy popular, especially for kids. Three of our four options are full of organic veggies and tons of goodness! One of our favorites is the Copia Petitzza, which features zucchini, eggplant, bell pepper, onion and leek. Yum!
